Mesilla Valley's Highway 28

Located in Southern New Mexico along the Rio Grande river basin runs a meandering 2 lane road euphemistically called a Highway or Highway 28. It is also known as the Lou Henson freeway, a tribute to our local coaching hero known for an incredible amount of lifetime college level basketball wins. Highway 28 will take a driver or blog viewer through some different than expected scenery with a human interest twist here or there.
